Offline capture is not offline server processing
Features that need cloud media, AI models, report-generation services, or recipient delivery cannot complete until Hometrace can reach the server.

- Photos occupy device storage until their uploads complete.
- Voice transcription, voice parsing, and photo analysis wait for connectivity.
- Do not assume a local item reached the report until the sync indicator and server-backed report confirm it.
