From trial to the right subscription
Start with the account type that fits today, verify the workflow during the trial, and manage the subscription from Hometrace when you are ready to continue.
Choose Individual or Teams
Use Individual for one inspector. Choose Teams when the company needs multiple seats, inspection assignment, and owner or manager controls.
Create the account
New inspectors can use the 30-day trial to import a template, install the mobile app, and complete a test inspection.
Verify the complete workflow
Check field capture, report review, delivery, and any hosted-site or booking setup before depending on the system for client work.
Manage billing in Hometrace
Continue on the selected plan, add or remove team seats as staffing changes, or cancel the subscription from the billing controls.
What to know
Subscription pricing is not client payment processing
The Hometrace subscription pays for the software. Fees associated with collecting inspection payments through Stripe are separate from the plan price.
- The 30-day trial is for new inspectors; an account that already used a trial or subscription may not be eligible for another trial.
- The Teams base price includes one inspector seat, not an unlimited number of inspectors.
- Payment-processing fees are separate from the Individual or Teams subscription.
- Inspectors remain responsible for the taxes, surcharges, and service prices they configure for their own clients.
