How to generate and deliver professional inspection reports to your clients.

Delivering Reports

Once you've completed an inspection, Hometrace helps you deliver professional reports to your clients. This guide covers the delivery process.

Completing an Inspection

Before delivering a report, ensure your inspection is complete:

  1. All areas have been documented
  2. Photos are attached to the appropriate items
  3. Notes and observations are recorded
  4. You've reviewed the findings

Report Generation

When you complete an inspection, Hometrace compiles your data into a professional report including:

  • Property details and inspection date
  • Findings organized by area
  • Photos with descriptions
  • Your notes and observations
  • Inspector information
