The Hometrace team will help you move from Hive. Send us your template and narrative library and we set them up in your account, or load them yourself in the Hometrace CSV format. Keep copies of the reports you delivered from Hive.
Before you commit
- Record the same voice notes and photos in both apps and compare the drafts.
- Rebuild your template and team permissions, then check the delivered report layout.
- Ask Hive which AI features are live today and which are still coming soon.
- Run one inspection from capture to delivery. Hometrace does not connect to ISN.
