The Agent edits the report
Send it your photos and it drafts a finding for each one in the matching section. Dictate and it transcribes the note and suggests where it goes. Paste a client’s message and it creates the draft inspection. Ask what is unfinished and it lists the open items.
Booking, portals, and payments are in the subscription

The Hometrace team will help you move from Binsr. Send us your template and narrative library and we set them up in your account, or load them yourself in the Hometrace CSV format. Keep copies of the reports you delivered from Binsr.
Before you commit
- Check you are comparing Binsr Inspect, not Binsr’s agent-facing analysis product.
- Multiply your monthly inspections by the Pro per-inspection charge.
- Rebuild one delivered report in Hometrace and compare it to the Binsr original.
- Run one inspection from capture to delivery. Hometrace does not connect to ISN.
