New Features

  • Severity badges on reports: Findings now display their severity level — Safety, Major, Moderate, or Minor — with color-coded badges. Findings are automatically sorted most-severe-first, making it easy for your clients to see what matters most.

  • Camera upgrades: Zoom, flash, and torch controls are now available while taking photos. iPhone 16 Camera Control is supported, and a shutter flash gives you instant visual feedback that the photo was captured.

  • Free-form notes on specs: Add your own notes to individual inspection specs for extra context — helpful for recording details that don't fit neatly into standard fields.

  • Smarter link recovery: When a client tries to use an expired or already-used report link, they're now guided through a quick email or SMS verification instead of hitting a dead end.

  • Quick actions on dashboard cards: Payment and documents cards on your dashboard now have context menus so you can take action without opening the full inspection.

  • Area progress indicators: Areas that already have findings are now highlighted in the completion tracker, so you can quickly spot which areas still need attention.

Bug Fixes

  • More reliable photos: Photos no longer re-upload on every app restart, and blank photos on iOS have been resolved. Photo sync overall is more dependable.

  • Cleaner appliance data: Appliances are properly removed when their parent spec is deleted, and orphaned appliance entries no longer show up in reports.

  • Readable report titles: Multi-unit report titles now show the actual unit number instead of an unreadable ID.

  • No more duplicate emails: Clients no longer receive duplicate price change notifications.

  • iOS stability: Fixed several navigation issues that could cause blank screens or dead-end pages on iOS.

Improvements

  • Better camera layout: Flash and zoom controls have been repositioned for easier one-handed use during inspections.

  • Analysis reliability: The AI analysis pipeline now triggers more accurately and handles edge cases more gracefully, so you get results with fewer hiccups.
